*GOOD BUT CONFUSING NEWS*
The Department announced that there would be a second temporary graduate visa available for those who 'graduated' from a regional education institution. This is very good news but there is still some clarification needed on whether the whole course has to be carried out in that regional area. However, the Department has clarified that secondary visa holders of a 485 visa can continue to become a primary applicant for a 485 visa subsequently. There is NO change in that regard.
